Originally from Tacoma, Washington, I grew up around the world and graduated high school in Brisbane, Australia—where my commitment to health and performance first took shape. After returning to the U.S., I launched my own business and began training elite military personnel at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS). Following three years of work as an independent contractor for the U.S. Army Special Forces, I shifted gears to study Health and Fitness Science at the collegiate level.
My journey as a personal trainer started with two clients I met while bartending the U.S. Open in Pinehurst, NC. Soon after, I built a strength and conditioning program for my rugby team in Southern Pines—what began as a local effort has since scaled into a global mission.
Today, I serve a wide range of clients: pro athletes, working parents, soldiers, veterans, gym newcomers, and neurodiverse movers alike. Every session is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and create a lasting impact.
In 2019, I launched a nonprofit committed to advancing public education around holistic wellness and evidence-based behavior change. I believe that long-term transformation comes from internal alignment—ritual over restriction, clarity over chaos.
