By accessing and using the services, programs, and resources offered through www.fitcoachdom.com (“Website”), I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in a fitness-related program designed and administered by Fit Coach Dom, which may include—but is not limited to—the following:

• Personal training (virtual or in-person)
• Nutritional and wellness coaching
• Lifestyle and behavior modification guidance
• Stress management techniques
• Movement assessments and injury prevention protocols
• Post-rehabilitation conditioning and performance optimization
• Educational resources, videos, downloadable materials, chat-based support, group coaching
• Third-party integrations or referrals related to health, fitness, medical monitoring, or wellness

I understand that participation in physical exercise, wellness activities, or use of fitness-related information involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Muscular strains, sprains, tears, fractures, joint dislocations, and ligament injuries
• Cardiovascular complications, including abnormal blood pressure, arrhythmia, stroke, or heart attack
• Heat-related illness, dehydration, dizziness, or loss of consciousness
• Allergic reactions to supplements or dietary recommendations
• Exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions
• Equipment malfunction, environmental hazards, or user error
• Emotional distress or psychological discomfort from coaching or lifestyle guidance
• Injuries related to digital content consumption or home workout environments

I understand that risks may arise from known and unknown causes, including third-party integrations or unforeseen circumstances, and that Fit Coach Dom cannot guarantee risk-free participation.

By proceeding, I affirm the following:

• I am in good physical and mental health, and have no condition, illness, injury, impairment, or disability that would prevent or limit safe participation
• I have received medical clearance from a licensed physician within the past 12 months and have disclosed any relevant health concerns prior to participation
• I will immediately notify Fit Coach Dom of any changes to my health status that may impact training or coaching
• I understand that any advice given through this Website or associated coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

By using this Website and participating in any service, program, or content provided by Fit Coach Dom, I hereby:

• Release and forever discharge Fit Coach Dom, its affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, licensors, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of my participation
• Assume full responsibility for all risks—foreseeable and unforeseeable—associated with participation, including any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss of income, or death
• Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, whether brought by me or on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and costs, regardless of the cause or origin
• Acknowledge that liability is waived to the fullest extent permitted under local, state, federal, and international law

This waiver applies to all content, coaching, programs, consultations, memberships, digital products, and third-party integrations accessed through www.fitcoachdom.com.

I understand and agree that:

• My use of this Website constitutes my legal electronic signature to this Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk Agreement
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and I consent to the jurisdiction of California courts for any dispute arising from its enforcement
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

I understand that I may withdraw from participation at any time without penalty. However, I accept that refunds or cancellations may be subject to program-specific policies outlined elsewhere on this Website.

By continuing to use www.fitcoachdom.com and any services provided, I confirm that:

• I have read, understood, and fully accept the terms outlined above
• I have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers
• I voluntarily enter this Agreement without coercion, and with full awareness of its legal significance
