My Story

 

I’m a fitness professional and behavior coach helping people unlock their physical and mental potential through movement, structure, and sustainable habits. Raised internationally and originally from Tacoma, Washington, I graduated high school in Brisbane, Australia, where my commitment to health first took root.


After returning to the U.S., I launched my own business and began training elite military personnel at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Following three years with U.S. Army Special Forces, I shifted focus to collegiate study in Health and Fitness Science.



My coaching journey began with two clients in Pinehurst, NC, and quickly expanded into a strength program for my rugby team in Southern Pines. What started locally has grown into a global mission.


Today, I work with a diverse range of clients—from pro athletes and veterans to busy parents and neurodiverse movers. In 2019, I founded a nonprofit focused on holistic wellness and evidence-based behavior change.



My training style is immersive, precise, and rhythm-driven—centered around breath, posture, and movement flow. Whether it’s a sunrise run, a microcircuit at home, or a virtual session between meetings, I adapt to your pace and environment. This isn’t just fitness—it’s a ritual for reclaiming your body and sharpening your mind.
